4PROP - Polypropylene (CP PP & HP PP)
4PROP® is the registered trade name for Polypropylene compounds produced by 4PLAS.
4PROP® covers a full range of glass and mineral fillers and can be produced in flame retardant and UV resistant as well as impact modified and high flow variants.
Many of our 4PROP® products are also available as high quality recycled materials offering considerable savings over prime and in many cases having similar properties and consistency. Long fibre reinforced materials in standard grades and custom compounds, ensure that 4PLAS can truly offer a complete range.

• 20%,30% & 40% Talc filled Homopolymer and Copolymer
• 20% & 30% Glass coupled Homopolymer and Copolymer
• Flame retardant
• Mica and Barium filled up to 70 %
• UV / Light stabilised
• Industrial recycled grades including high impact, filled and UV resistant
• High flow
Outside of our standard range we also offer custom compounded blends and tailor exact materials to our customers needs. 4PROP® can be compounded with:
• Any opaque colour
• Automotive interior trim talc filled colours
• Impact modification
• UV stabilisation
• A wide range of filler or mixed filler systems

PACKAGING
4PROP® grades are supplied in compounded pellet form and packaged in 25kg moisture proof bags. Other forms of packaging such as Octabins, big-bags or even tankers are also available.
