4VIN - PVC
4VIN® is the registered trade name for the easy flow Polyvinylchloride (PVC) compounds produced by 4PLAS.
Easy flow PVC compounds are manufactured using a combination of low-molecular weight PVC resins with sophisticated state-of-the-art formulation technology which give a unique range of rigid injection moulding compounds.
These modern high flow 4VIN® materials can be utilised by design engineers to produce many plastic parts which would have been impossible with traditional standard flow PVC.
Along with inherent flame retardant and UV resistance, 4VIN® exhibits many other attributes which make it a true engineering polymer in the 4PLAS portfolio.

• Extreme high impact material for tough robust parts.
• Flame retardant to UL94 V-0 @ 1.6mm across entire requirement range.
• High clarity materials.

PACKAGING
4VIN® grades are supplied in compounded pellet form and packaged in 25kg moisture proof bags. Other forms of packaging such as Octabins and big-bags are also available.
